Robic products are the best in the world at what they are developed to do. You have selected to purchase Robic directly from us, the Manufacturer. Our primary goal is that you are completely satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from us.
The descriptions and functional operation details provided herein are accurate and reliable. Should you have any questions about a particular product performing a particular function, review the written details presented. Should you require further clarification or explanation, email us customercare@robictimers.com or call 800-336-6756 between 9:00AM and 4:30 PM Eastern Time Monday-Friday.
Unless you are informed otherwise, orders will ship the next business day after it is placed.
You have the option during checkout to ship in an expedited manner, usually at a cost premium to standard shipping. Note the Couriers do not guarantee your shipment will arrive within the expected delivery time. This is their policy and we are all subject to it. The full cost of shipping and handling is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Should we not be able to ship the product(s) in the quantities ordered, you will be contacted by us within 2 business days explaining which options, including a full refund, are available to you. Your order will ship from Waco, TX.
We do not ship outside of the USA and Puerto Rico. If you wish to have an order delivered outside of the USA, contact us at customercare@robictimers.com and we will do our best to find a method of looking after your needs.
If the product you receive is different than the product you ordered, we will gladly accept your return and send the correct style right out. Should the product you receive not perform the functions you thought it would deliver, we can arrange for a replacement which is more suitable for your needs. You must make us aware of this within 5 days of receipt by email or by calling us at 843-715-8166 between 9:00AM and 4:30 PM, Eastern Time, Monday-Friday. We can only accept unused and unopened products as we cannot sell as new products already put into use.
In either of these cases, you will require a Return Authorization (RA) which we can provide after you contact us. Only items containing the RA number assigned to them will be accepted. Others will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Shipping must be paid by the customer to return the item.
Items returned without their original packaging and/or packing materials, which we were told were unused, but have actually been put into use, will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of the original purchase price. Replacement and exchange of your item is our policy as it pertains to returns. Returns will not be authorized for reasons other than those listed above. Sales are final in that it is assumed you are purchasing the product of your choice, of your own free will.
